Nina Timothy

I have six years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and a long standing passion for massage, bodywork, and holistic healing. Providing clients with both comfort and direct relief from chronic pain is my gift and priority. I pride myself on being an avid communicator who can reach people from every walk of life; and when providing massage, I always listen intently to the body’s communicating a client’s needs.

My specialties include sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretch therapy, trigger point therapy, cupping massage, percussive massage, CBD massage, and breathwork.
