Salon & Spa Policies

Appointment & Guest Policies

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to keep the schedule on track.
  • Depending on the service and provider availability, the appointment may be rescheduled or a late arrival fee of up to 50% (or the full service cost) may apply.
  • Spa services are available exclusively to guests 18 years and older.

Cancellation Policy

  • As a courtesy to our other guests and service providers, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all salon and spa appointments.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in a 100% service charge, depending on the service type and location.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule on short notice, please call your location directly.
  • All reservations must be secured with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card.

Service Adjustment Policy

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within three days of your appointment.
  • We are happy to make an adjustment with your original service provider.
Adjustment services:
  • Must be completed within 14 days of the original appointment
  • Apply only to corrections from the original service—not changes of mind
  • Please remember that color transformations (such as dark to light) or correction after box dye may require multiple sessions to achieve desired results.

Retail Return Policy

  • We accept exchanges only for unused and unopened retail products within seven days of purchase.

Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard for services and retail purchases.
  • Gratuity is welcomed via cash, credit card, or Venmo.
  • Please note that our providers do not carry cash for making change.
