Whitney Maymon

Whitney has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 12 years and graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC and received her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Southeast.
Whitney’s passion is working with athletes, including professional Cross Fit, tennis and rugby and players. She works with marathon runners and triathletes and can help with your pre and post-race recovery plans. Additionally, she works with a special population in the DC area that have undergone surgery to replace joints, repair labrums and other musculoskeletal injuries.
She uses a combination of traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, as well as application of Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and has a certification in Contemporary Cupping Methods.
Whitney is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the NSCA and continues to play amateur volleyball and tennis in the Mid-Atlantic region.
