I am a licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician, and Cosmetologist with over seven years of experience in the wellness industry. After graduating in Virginia, I continued my education through advanced training in Manhattan, New York; Denver, Colorado; and Bangkok, Thailand, expanding my expertise in a variety of therapeutic and aesthetic techniques.

My goal is to help every client feel their best by improving physical mobility, relieving tension, and supporting overall well-being. I believe wellness is about caring for both the body and mind, and I enjoy creating personalized experiences that leave clients feeling restored and renewed.

My certifications include Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal Massage, Advanced Esthetics, and Certified Laser Specialist.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, and treating myself to spa experiences whenever I can. I believe the best practitioners never stop learning and always make time for self-care.
